Decent Behavior: We encourage fun and spirited adventures within the bounds of respectful and appropriate behavior. Over-familiarity, misuse of alcohol or drugs, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Using the Houses

Guests: Members can bring up to 3 guests during the day and 1 overnight. Access may be restricted during peak periods for comfort and safety.

Children: Cometa Living is designed primarily for adults and does not accommodate children.

Animals: No animals are permitted, except for legally recognized service animals.

House Environment: We maintain a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Members and guests contribute positively through their behavior and dress.

Privacy and Discretion: As private retreats, we value and protect the privacy of all our members and guests.

Cameras and Recording Devices: Use is strictly prohibited to safeguard the privacy of our members.

Smoking: Prohibited indoors and in most outdoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided.

Post and Packages: Members may send personal post to/from the properties, but Cometa Living is not responsible for any loss or damage.
3. Membership Details

Application and Renewal: By applying, you agree to abide by our house rules. Membership is reviewed annually by our Membership Behavior Committee to ensure alignment with our values.

Fees: Members may be charged a joining fee, annual subscription, and other administrative fees. These may be amended at Cometa Living’s discretion.

Behavior Scoring: Members and guests are rated by other guests, with a score up to 5. Persistent low scores may lead to membership review and expulsion.

Guest Screening: Screening is conducted through the application form and interviews by our Membership Committee.

Membership Cancellation:

Voluntary Cancellation: Members may choose to resign their membership at any time. However, the full membership fee for the remainder of the year remains payable, with refunds granted at Cometa Living’s discretion.

Forced Cancellation (Expulsion): If a member’s actions seriously breach our community guidelines or their behavior score falls below the acceptable threshold, Cometa Living reserves the right to expel the member. Expulsion is used as a last resort, and members will be given an opportunity to address the concerns before a final decision is made.

Membership Payment:

Payment Due: Upon approval or renewal of your membership, fees become payable immediately.

Payment Method: By providing payment details, members accept and agree to be charged the applicable fees as requested by Cometa Living upon their application approval or renewal.

Non-Payment: Failure to pay the annual subscription or any installment within one month of the due date will result in the member not being admitted to Cometa Living facilities, and the membership may be terminated.

4. Safety and Security

Personal Safety: We take the security and personal safety of our members seriously and urge vigilance regarding personal boundaries and interactions.

Accidents and Injuries: Report any incidents within 24 hours to help us maintain safety and comply with our insurance.

Liability: Cometa Living is not liable for loss, damage, or injury suffered by members or guests except in cases of gross negligence by Cometa Living.
5. Digital Safety and Privacy

Data Protection: We commit to protecting the digital privacy of our members. Personal data is handled in compliance with privacy laws and is used solely to enhance member experience.
6. Environmental Responsibility

Sustainability Practices: Members are encouraged to engage in practices that minimize environmental impact, reflecting our commitment to sustainability within our properties and the surrounding areas.
